Building Dealership loyalty with 1-of-1 Custom Illustrations

A point of difference, Dealership loyalty and referrals all in one.

In a world where customers expectations have never been higher and their ability to shop around is even easier, Dealerships need go to the next level to win their customers whilst building loyalty. Dealerships need to offer more, get personal, go the extra mile – and that’s what Sinclair Ford have done.

We’ve been working closely with the Performance Team at Sinclair Ford to create a ‘next level of customer experience’ by creating unique artwork for each and every pre-ordered Mustang.   Each illustration features the customers: license plate, the month it was delivered and the specs of the car – and of course the Sinclair Ford Performance logo.

Imagine the excitement of picking up your brand new Mustang and at the same time being presented with your own custom print. Now that’s a unique and unexpected gift from a dealership you’d tell your mates about.

And that’s the point.
By surprising and delighting customers, Sinclair Ford is building a reputation of ‘the place to go’ if you’re looking for a Ford. They know that ‘Word of Mouth’ (77% of consumers are more likely to buy a new product when learning about it from friends or family – Nielsen) is still the most trusted and respected tool and it’s these little things which add up to a Dealership which is talked about. Sure it’s marketing – however it’s custom and personal.

Hammo presented both John and I with a framed printed image of our cars, which was an unexpected gift. This sort of thing just does not usually happen when you buy a car. I have never felt so special when making a vehicle purchase. Immediately the emotional connection with my car became stronger. I’ll probably never sell it.
