We’ve been working closely with the Performance Team at Sinclair Ford to create a ‘next level of customer experience’ by creating unique artwork for each and every pre-ordered Mustang.   Each illustration features the customers: license plate, the month it was delivered and the specs of the car – and of course the Sinclair Ford Performance logo.

Imagine the excitement of picking up your brand new Mustang and at the same time being presented with your own custom print. Now that’s a unique and unexpected gift from a dealership you’d tell your mates about.

And that’s the point.
By surprising and delighting customers, Sinclair Ford is building a reputation of ‘the place to go’ if you’re looking for a Ford. They know that ‘Word of Mouth’ (77% of consumers are more likely to buy a new product when learning about it from friends or family – Nielsen) is still the most trusted and respected tool and it’s these little things which add up to a Dealership which is talked about. Hammo presented both John and I with a framed printed image of our cars, which was an unexpected gift. This sort of thing just does not usually happen when you buy a car.
